Our shrimps are certified AB (Agriculture Biologique), in accordance with the French regulation REPAB CC-F. This ECOCERT FRANCE certification is subject to frequent inspections and audits.
The key elements for producing an organic shrimp are : a very low stock density, a tightly controlled supply of marine and plant origin (AB certified and guaranteed non-GMO), no pesticides, no growth hormones, no chemical fertilizers.
