We have been producing high quality Label Rouge turbot since 1987. Our fish farm France Turbot is based on the island of Noirmoutier in the Vendée, a French region that offers exceptional resources. The presence of an underground salt water reserve fed by the ocean means that we can ensure the stability of every aspect of our water quality.

We are involved in and control every stage throughout the life of our fish. Amongst others, that includes selecting the fish we use for breeding, the growth phase and everything up to the “on demand” harvesting and killing. Our turbot are then prepared and shipped within 4 hours of harvest. Freshness guaranteed, without question.
