Over the past 10 years, its culinary scene has matured and gained in quality and diversity.

Hong Kong is a constantly changing city – it now has close to 20,000 restaurants. The number of starred restaurants has tripled ! We can find cuisines from all around the world, from local Cantonese “Dai pai dong” street stalls, to bistros and internationally famous establishments.

Despite its fiercely competitive market, there are increasingly more chefs from all over the world wanting to set up in Hong Kong.
