The “king” of cod


Every year during the spawning season, from January to March, this migratory fish begins a long journey to the fjords of the Lofoten Archipelago in Norway. These few thousand kilometres give it the name of Skrei.

Captured with the greatest of care, this fish is the product of artisanal fishing line methods. We choose to only catch our  cod after laying, when its flesh is the most tasty, firm and pearly.   Our ultra-selective technique guarantees the quality of this MSC Certified product.
